Ryan Willetts - Managing Director
Ryan Willetts is The Managing Director. He founded the business in February 2020.
Ryan brings vast wealth of experience. Managing BMS engineering projects ranging from a few thousand pounds to in excess of £1.5 million. Ryan’s primary role is now Sales, and he led the business from the ground up, to a £1 million+ turnover within the first three years of trading.
Ryan is Trend, Tridium, and Centraline Accredited.
Rob Ordish - Director of Operations
Rob joined the company in 2024, and instantly became a well regarded member of the team.
He has a vast wealth of experience as a project manager.
Rob is well know and respected in the industry, and well liked by his customers for his competence in seeing a project through to its fruition.
Rod Murphy - Projects Director
Rod has over 25 years of experience in BMS, and has risen through the ranks in every aspect of BMS that you can think of.
He is well known in the industry for finding innovative solutions to complex problems, and developed close control systems for a prestigious research laboratory, with control to within 0.1 degrees Celsius, and 0.5% on humidity.
Rod is also highly competent on developing control panel solutions for the most complex of projects.
Andy Cahill - Sales Director
Andy joined the company in 2024 and has already fitted in as a valuable member of the business.
Andy came through the ranks as an electrical apprentice, then progressing into electrical supervision, and ultimately working in BMS project sales since 2017, for which he has been responsible for a £6.5 million annual budget.
Andy’s main aim with DAE is now growth in project and service sales.
Christian Webb - Projects Director
Chris joined the business shortly after its inception, and after successfully completing his Electro-Technical apprenticeship.
Chris quickly became an expert in finding suitable configurations for BMS systems and developing the front end supervisors, and is now well respected for his project leadership and timely delivery.
